Amber & Doug – Engagement

It’s never too late to celebrate your engagement! We had the pleasure of photographing Amber and Doug last weekend, and with less than a month left of being “engaged,” we gave them a few last reminders of their pre-marriage life together. These two were great to photograph, unafraid to sit in some dirt, climb some trees and “trespass” in order to get some nice shots. We can’t wait until next month so we can have some more fun at their wedding. Thanks for spending the evening with us, Amber and Doug! See you in 25 days!

Billie & Justin – Wedding – The Links At Gettysburg

Saturday July 10, we had the pleasure of documenting Billie and Justin’s wedding at The Links in Gettysburg, you might remember their engagement session back in April, if not then definitely check them out as well. The evening before, we were checking the weather every 5 minutes, it looked as though we were in for another “outdoor moved inside wedding” with thunderstorms and rain scheduled for most of the day. Saturday came and we started on a cloudy morning with anticipation of a wet day, but to our surprise not a single drop of rain fell during the event, and a breath taking evening sky even made an appearance!

Billie and Justin’s wedding was beautiful and definitely memorable, from TGIF’s, argyle patterns and our accidental hijacking of the marriage certificate, we had an awesome time photographing their day and wish them the best of luck in their future together! Thank you Billie and Justin for allowing us to spend your perfect day with you!

Kristin & Robie – Engagement

It’s always special to photograph two people who have decided to commit their lives to each other. When you’ve known one of those people your entire life it becomes far more special. Over the weekend I had the pleasure of shooting my cousin Robie and his fiance Kristin for an engagement session. Despite the heat, ticks and canon fire we had a great time walking around town in Gettysburg and on the battlefields. Kristin and Robie were great sports and willing to do anything and everything including directing traffic so that we could continue our shoot. Thanks for making your engagement shoot perfect and exciting, can’t wait for your wedding!

Melinda & Samuel- Wedding – Ridley Creek Mansion, Philadelphia

Those of you that live in the Philadelphia area know that last Sunday’s weather was less than favorable (to say the least). It was hot, wet, humid and hot. And wet. And then humid. And then wet again. Through the thunderstorms and haze Melinda and Samuel never once displayed any bitterness–nothing was going to stop these two from enjoying this special day together. Their wedding was at the beautiful Ridley Creek Mansion and the event was perfect, even if the weather wasn’t. Melinda and Samuel are an amazing couple and we wish them a happy marriage! Thank you Lindy and Sam for allowing us to witness such a beautiful occasion and for not letting anything get in the way of making your day nothing short of perfect.

Becky & Billy – Wedding – Union Mills Homestead

Earlier this month we had the pleasure of photographing Becky and Billys wedding at Union Mills Homestead in Westminster, MD. The event was beautiful with great weather and amazing people. Becky and Billy were amazing and it’s wonderful to witness how much love they have for each other and for their family.

The day went extremely well and was very fun, we are glad to of had the opportunity to work with such a fun loving and emotional couple and wish them both the best of luck with their marriage.

We recently had the pleasure of photographing Billie and Justin to celebrate their engagement. Thankful that the rain stayed away for the morning we took a stroll through Gettysburg with the amazing couple. We had a great time photographing the couple, pausing traffic once or twice, exploring awkward and old train stations and watching the Renaissance children walk around town. Billie and Justin were wonderful to photograph and we can’t wait to document their wedding in July!

Nina & Mike Olive – Maternity

It’s always a pleasure to document life being formed, especially when it hasn’t quite been introduced into the world. We recently had the opportunity to document this amazing formation with Nina and Mike Olive.

Fighting off bugs and poison we captured Nina, Mike and their soon to be baby enjoying the beautiful weather and each others company and even managed to do a little wildlife spotting in between.

We had a great time with the couple and the belly and wish Nina and Mike the best of luck bringing life into the world. Thank you guys!

The Bakers – Spring 2010

Celebrating their son’s first year The Bakers asked us to photograph their family last weekend. As we walked around Philadelphia University’s campus we documented Elliott’s ability to walk and wonder around on his own, the happiness of Amy and Josh as they watched their 1 year old son enjoy the outdoors and how quickly a young boy can become tired and cranky. Luckily we had plenty of time before the sleepiness kicked in to capture some memories. The weather was beautiful and The Bakers were great to photograph, as usual. Thank you guys for being such great sports during our shoot!

Mullen Grandbabies

When I was asked to photograph a friends daughter and her two cousins, I couldn’t resist. The three beautiful girls were amazing to work with and definitely worth crawling around on the floor to snap some photos. We had plenty of fun creating some memories for their families to cherish as well as provide ammunition to eventually embarrass their little girls when they are shown to their future crushes.
